There is nothing more rewarding for us at High Sierra Animal Rescue than pairing our dogs with their perfect family. This Valentine's Day, we hope to raise awareness for our longer-stay dogs who have waited so patiently to find their true love. We welcome you to look over their images and read all about them on our website, highsierraanimalrescue.org. Please share them with the dog-lovers in your life who may be looking to add a new member to their home.
This campaign will help cover the cost of their care until they are adopted.
If you make a donation of $14 or more we will send you a custom Puppy Gram! While making your donation, please include your personalized message to your loved one. We will email you a photo that you can then send to your loved one via text, email, or social media! If you would like, we can send the image to their email. Below is an example of an HSAR Puppy Gram featuring our longer-stay dogs. Donations for puppy grams must be completed on or before February 13th so we can have it finished in time for Valentine's Day.
With the help of our supporters, we are here to offer a kind and safe sanctuary for dogs who would have otherwise run out of time at county shelters. We have watched dogs transform during their stay with us, and we know that the extra time and expense are a critical part of their rehabilitation process. Since 1999 our goal has remained the same: to help at-risk dogs live happy lives with people who love them.
